We are particular about the ingredients and want to provide safe, secure, and delicious meals.

Homemade bacon and wieners made with Hinomoto pork, honey shared from Kapok´s Japanese bees, vegetables grown in the Kapok vegetable garden that can be seen from the window, and carefully selected local farmers.
We use these ingredients to make pizza, salads, and a la carte items.
