Niseko Distillery is quietly nestled in the forest, coexisting with nature, in true Niseko spirit. Most of the building interior is made from local Shiribeshi larch wood which brings a warmth to the open space. The gin and whisky produced at the distillery uses fresh groundwater from Mt. Niseko Annupuri. The water temperature is not adjusted before use, even during Niseko`s harsh winter. Visitors can enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar, and distillery tours are also on offer.
